Offering the audience the chance to lay their eyes on a cinematic horizon as wide and diverse as possible has always been one of the main goals set by Magma - mostra di cinema breve. By encouraging a relation with remote worlds and with countries less represented within the major distribution chains, by building a bridge for the direct exchange and sharing of experiences and works, Magma aims at effectively contributing to the distribution and visibility of new cultural spaces and new cultural products beyond its national boundaries.
The festivals and the cultural centers that collaborated with the Association are part of a network which represents a privileged channel through which spread news about new audiovisual productions, festivals and events. Once started, the collaboration never ends with the current edition. They are indeed frequent cross-promotion operations and exchanges of contacts relating to films and directors, widening the international scope of the festival.
